Foxes in the vines

“CATCH ALL THE FOXES, THE LITTLE FOXES BEFORE THEY RUIN THE VINEYARD OF LOVE, FOR THE GRAPEVINES ARE BLOSSOMING” SONGS OF SONG 2 VS 15. When I first came across this verse, I went on research to find out how foxes can ruin a vineyard, and I found out that because of their small size, they can`t reach the fruit of the vines, so they chew at the base of the vine until it breaks, then they cart away with the fruits that drops along-side the broken-down vines. Most farmers consider them a threat because they not only steal the fruits, but they ruin the vine completely, thus ruin the entire effort of the season, so you see the need, why they should be caught. ENGAGING OUR GIFTS

  In our journey of maximizing our gifts to its highest potential, one of the key concepts that should be discussed is how to engage our various gifts, because it is only by use, we get to grow our gifts beyond what was initially deposited in us. Engaging is a verb, meaning it is an action word, it involves deliberate effort, consciousness, and active participation. It is not something that can be done half-hearted or by chance. Human beings can be likened to a piece of land set apart for the purpose of gardening, where different seeds can be planted which in turn leads to a harvest of different types of fruits depending on the seed planted. But until the seed is planted by the farmer, watered and is in the right type of conditions, it won't grow. So much so as humans, God is the planter, he waters with his grace, but we are the soil, and the soil determines if the conditions is the conditions is favorable for germination or not.
